Luke’s Life Dashboard is a private personal app used by its owner. This page explains how its Google Calendar connection handles information.

Google Calendar access

After the owner authorizes the connection, the dashboard reads upcoming events from the owner’s primary Google Calendar and displays them in the schedule. When the owner adds, changes, or deletes an event in the dashboard, the app sends that change to Google Calendar. Event information can include titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, guests, and meeting links.

Storage and sharing

The app stores a Google account email address and an encrypted authorization token to maintain the Calendar connection. Calendar event data is requested from Google when the schedule loads or refreshes. The dashboard is restricted to its owner. When the owner invites guests or requests meeting links, Google Calendar processes those actions and may send invitations to the guests.

Other dashboard information

Weekly priorities and any personal information the owner adds to the dashboard are used to display and update the owner’s dashboard. The public information pages at this domain do not display private dashboard data.

Control and contact

The owner can remove the app’s Google access in Google Account connections. To request removal of stored connection information or ask a privacy question, email lukejohnedwin03@gmail.com.
